2023 Buick Model Lineup
Quality has always been Buick's hallmark. The brand topped the list in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Initial Quality Study. Buick offers three models for the 2023 model year: the Enclave, Encore GX and Envision. We'll examine each model so you'll know what to expect when you visit a dealership like the Fort Hall Buick GMC dealer.
2023 Buick Enclave
The 2023 Buick Enclave is a midsize three-row luxury SUV with eye-catching exterior styling, a roomy cabin, and plenty of standard features.
According to the Fort Hall Buick GMC dealership, the 2023 Buick Enclave seats up to seven passengers and is offered in three trim levels, listed as Essence, Premium and Avenir. The Enclave is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine generating 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque, paired to a nine-speed automatic gearbox. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional.
Tech features that come standard include an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and USB charging ports located in all three rows. Navigation with real-time weather and traffic is standard on the Premium and Avenir trims and optional on the Essence.
Standard advanced safety features include automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection and lane-keeping assist with lane-departure warning. Adaptive cruise control is optional.
The Essence trim gets a new optional Sport Touring package for the 2023 model year. It adds 20-inch Gloss Black wheels. There's also a new exterior color called Moonstone Gray Metallic.
 2023 Buick Encore GX
The 2023 Buick Encore GX is a subcompact crossover SUV with an upscale interior, outstanding fuel economy, and plenty of passenger and cargo space.
The 2023 Encore GX seats five and is offered in three trims: Preferred, Select and Essence. It's powered by a standard turbocharged 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine that makes 137 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. An optional 1.3-liter three-cylinder engine puts out 155 hp and 174 lb-ft. With standard front-wheel drive, the engines are matched to a CVT. Choose available all-wheel drive, and you'll get a nine-speed automatic.
The Encore GX comes with an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Select and Essence models get an optional navigation system.
Standard driver assistance features include lane keep assist with lane departure warning, a following distance indicator, front pedestrian braking, automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, and automatic high beams.
The Buick Encore GX has no significant changes for 2023. It also gets the new optional Moonstone Gray Metallic paint color.
 2023 Buick Envision
The 2023 Buick Envision is a compact luxury crossover known for its spacious and quiet cabin, responsive turbocharged four-cylinder engine, and user-friendly infotainment system.
The 2023 Envision seats five and is available in three trim levels: Preferred, Essence and Avenir. It's equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 228 hp and 258 lb-ft. Buyers can choose standard front-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive.
The Preferred trim comes with an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen. Step up to the Essence and Avenir trims, and you'll get a 10.2-inch-touchscreen. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Avenir trim gets a standard navigation system, which is optional on the Essence.
In addition to the same standard driver assistance features found in the Encore GX, the Envision includes adaptive cruise control, enhanced emergency braking, and an automatic parking system. The Avenir gets a standard HD surround camera system that's optional on the Essence.
The only changes for 2023 are two new available exterior paint colors: Moonstone Gray Metallic and White Frost Tricoat.
